I am absolutely thrilled with the work that Brennan and his crew (Jack and Travis) did to build a paver patio and two composite decks in my back yard. It was a challenging worksite with difficult access for supplies and equipment, a space that had been badly graded and which suffered from some poor DIY decisions made by a previous owner. The care and attention that the crew paid to solving these problems was meticulous and thorough. Every step in the process was thoughtfully done and the workmanship was skillful and rigorous; no detail was too small and absolutely no shortcuts were taken. It was a pleasure to have Brennan, Jack and Travis working at my home. They were personable and considerate with me and with my neighbours. Our 30-year old back deck had to be replaced, and Chapco Landscaping and Construction came through in flying colours. We decided to go low maintenance so Brennan recommended composite decking and skirting with an aluminum railing for the project. A small cedar privacy wall with decorative window inserts was added for that extra touch. Brennan and his team were amazing - one day for demolition, one day for structural construction, one day for the decking and one day to finish the stairs, add the skirting and build the privacy wall. The railing guy did the railing install in about an hour. Brennan's attention to detail and precision work was outstanding, and he made sure we were happy with the work each step of the way. After each day's work, the site was left clean with materials neatly stacked.
