Excellent and extremely professional landscape work. Brennan and his team fixed some serious drainage issues and created a beautiful outdoor living space for our family. The work was executed quickly and efficiently with added attention to craftsmanship and quality. I would highly recommend Chapco to anyone!

My neighbor and I recently had our fence replaced with a cedar fence and are very impressed. The workers were friendly, everything was done quickly, the fence quality seems very good, and the company was very competitive on cost.Highly recommended!

Our 30-year old back deck had to be replaced, and Chapco Landscaping and Construction came through in flying colours. We decided to go low maintenance so Brennan recommended composite decking and skirting with an aluminum railing for the project. A small cedar privacy wall with decorative window inserts was added for that extra touch. Brennan and his team were amazing - one day for demolition, one day for structural construction, one day for the decking and one day to finish the stairs, add the skirting and build the privacy wall. The railing guy did the railing install in about an hour. Brennan's attention to detail and precision work was outstanding, and he made sure we were happy with the work each step of the way. After each day's work, the site was left clean with materials neatly stacked. We would highly recommend Brennan and his Chapco team for your outdoor construction needs.

Chapco redid my front porch with composite this spring. It was a lot of work to remove the existing builders construction. They did a beautiful job and I am so pleased with their work. Thank you so much !

Brennan and his team were absolutely fantastic. Job was started on time, finished on time, and the quality of the work is absolutely top notch. What more can you ask for. I feel like Brennan cared more about the quality of the deck they built for us than we did!! He and his teams eye for detail definitely shows in their end product. Would absolutely recommend Chapco to anyone.

Brennan and his crew truly do amazing work. From start to finish, they are right by your side giving you advise for design plans and realistic finish times. I would definitely recommend Chapco to anyone looking for any landscaping or construction.
