This year I was replacing my fence so I did a lot of research and finally decided to go with a Vinyl fence. I started to call around to get quotes. I got 3 quotes, and Chapco (Brennan) was not the cheapest but was the one that could do it in the timeframe I needed. The quality and workmanship outstanding. We first got in contact with Brennan to replace a fence that had been blown down. We had tried with another contractor but due to all the problems we were having with the city they gave up. Brennan went out of his way and spent many hours tracking down the necessary paper-work to sorting out all of the issues we were having.
